My name is Renee Chatham and I am a fitness fanatic! I moved to Colorado in 1999 and discovered a passion for a healthy and happy fit lifestyle. I received my personal trainer certification through NASM in 2013. I continued my education to receive certifications in weight loss, senior fitness, women's fitness, youth fitness, group exercise, just to name a few. I believe in a healthy lifestyle and encourage and motivate others to believe in themselves that they too can be happy and fit!
